      Avantages

      There are none. This company is literally the worst I've ever worked for

      Inconvénients

      Too many to list. Leadership is clueless, the culture is toxic, the pay is awful, the workflow is nonsensical, the KPIs are absurd. I quit because Dayforce is without a question and easily the single worst employer I've ever been to.

      Avantages

      Dayforce has a lot of great perks. They are a cutting-edge HCM company and are always innovating. They are 100% remote and are great with work-life balance. Pay and benefits are good, and I would put them slightly above average in both.

      Inconvénients

      Work can be too siloed at times, and top-down plans are not always communicated as efficiently as they could be.

      Some of the team members are fantastic. Great PTO policy. Wonderful Customer events.

      Inconvénients

      No one sees the fantastic employees So much change without time to set proper plans in motion. Change management is non existent.
