Classic example of a Company going downhill - Avis employé Manager Dayforce

This place is going only one direction - downhill. The only focus is on sales at any cost. There is no budget for any other team which supports the sales team be it marketing, solutions, business development etc. 20 sales reps for ANZ when 3-4 are usually successful every year. Large scale decisions made in the US without understanding any local context. The product and technology is good but implementation is a nightmare, channel partners are in disarray and there’s 100s of people in jobs which have such little contribution but they are doing redundancies in revenue generating roles. Zero communication, false pretences of caring about employees, share prices at an all time low but every all hands meeting and quarterly updates magically show amazing results and strong earnings. Culture of finger pointing when things don’t go well as opposed to supportive working towards a common goal. Bunch of layoffs across regions which are hush hush while hiring in those as well. It’s a mess.
