Steer clear - long hours, not enough £ reward - Avis employé Legal Secretary Dechert

Salary does not match up to long hours of 9-6 every day. The London office is like a sinking ship with so many employees - partners, associates, paralegals and secretaries all leaving one after the other. Staff are not appreciated. There is no morale here & the managing partner does not seem to care. No progression in this firm whatsoever.
