      Direct interaction with client's top management Get to learn about the industry in detail; that too in a short period Provides opportunity to grow fast (responsibility and compensation wise) Young and sharp colleagues (mostly IITians) Flexible work hours; focuses on output quality

      Inconvénients

      Some projects require heavy work hours (might even go up to 10-12 hours a day) Core training sessions are not frequent Lacks in employee benefits like health insurance; fitness; vision care, etc.

      Shift leads want you to kiss their feet otherwise they'll figure out a way to terminate your contract. They tend to say smart/unproffesional remarks and micromanage you
