Bleeding money so can't pay staff - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Decision Science

Within a short span of seven years, we have established ourselves as one of the best in the IT industry. Our staff strength has been increasing steadily and we are still recruiting now. We have built strong relationships with big companies and snagged numerous projects . Our founder has been a philanthropist, giving scholarships to needy students and has participated in numerous Corporate Social Responsibility projects. He believes in bringing good, changing the lives of others and helping the underprivileged. There must be a mistake when this ex employee stated that we do not have money to pay staff. All Decision Science staff and our accountant can verify that all salaries are paid promptly and up to date and has never any outstanding or late payment. In fact, we pay our staff the full month salary way before the end of the month. I believe this ex employee referred to was his last day of salary was not paid on the very last day itself but we paid him within a week. The reason back then was because he has so many incomplete work that he did not handle properly like not billing clients for work done and not meeting deadlines. We wish him all the best and hope he could manage his time better in his future endeavours.
