      The Pros are - it's great to work for and with people who are professional and respectful at all times. I continue to learn about the business and grow. Strong benefits, opportunity for advancement, work culture, and nice to work for a strong brand like ArcLight and Pacific Theaters. Family-like environment

      Inconvénients

      Wish one of the ArcLights was closer to my home - lol - I am enjoying my career here - no complaints here.

      Avantages

      Friendly group of people to work with. Learned a lot of experience on different roles. Learned the latest technology. Great public speaking roles. Very informative management compared to other movie theaters. Always something to do for Lead roles.

      Inconvénients

      The Boston Building was not finished and Everything seemed to be in prototype stage. Payed leaders minimum wage for positions that equate to manager responsibilities. pretend that their model of business is different from other generic movie theaters when in reality it was the same thing. Marketing team wasn't very competent. Mostly all the tech didn't work consistently. Covid19 Killed it.
