Avantages
The teams are very tight-knit and work hard to bail water out of the ship. The clients are great and understanding about issues. The planned PTO is nice, and the workload is manageable if you're excellent at time management.
Inconvénients
The leadership at this company is a joke. They pretend to be all about employee satisfaction and feedback, but if you try to bring up any issues or critique them in any way, they act like you're personally trying to ruin their lives. When an employee left the company after bringing the issues to light in a company-wide email, the primary leader said they were welcome back. That employee has since applied to two positions and has yet to be asked to interview. If you say a word against them or their leadership style, you're asking to be "transitioned" out of the company. They read some book about business or leadership and it becomes their bible and they must apply all principles in it to the organization. It's a running joke that they've never had an original thought. They hire middle-aged white men for all of the top positions that mimic them at every term. They only speak in corporate jargon and have never heard the word "empathy", much less tried to have it. The three core leaders have known each other since they were teenagers and continually bring in people that they have personal ties to whenever they can.
