At the end of a project, clients almost always are falling over themselves with gratitude for our work and usually recommend our business for future projects and to business peers. It is easy to do work for a client when they believe strongly in your service.
Inconvénients
* Since the nature of data migration is prepping a system for "go live", almost all projects require at least one full weekend of long hours at the client's site. But overtime and good pay can make up for this! Just know what to expect. * Expected to use personal cell for work, although they do offer some reimbursement * You're not paid for lunch, so most eat at their desk. I personally need some time away from the desk to take a break and eat my lunch stress free. Wish more people subscribed to this mantra
