* Compensaciones bajas conforme el mercado * No hay profesionalismo al terminar tu relación laboral, como dice el titulo "cuida tus intereses" acumula evidencia de tu trabajo en la empresa, pues cuando intentes defender tus derechos como empleado terminaras siendo despedido. * Metas irreales en los proyectos * Encontraras una marcada cultura de explotación disfrazada con la frase de "hay que comprometerse con la empresa"

Since a lot years was an amazing side for working after they are removing a lot benefits in the company

Inconvénients

Mix schema payments, not has an own culture and identity. In a whole time that I worked on it, never the company pays any bonus
