Exec team and their manager level staff are not open to serious team (ie virtual assistant's) input. You have to be available during a full time day but may only be slotted to work part time hours (yes that’s what the agreement is - just go in with eyes open, you'll be gifting them many hours). CEO hires almost exclusively women with high levels of experience, pay does not reflect skill level. The roles and pay are VA roles and pay not executive assistant's. The hours available are not conducive to building a career - again just go in with eyes open. I have friends who’ve worked there, come and gone for the same reasons.
