      - Stressfull, - Untrustworthy (no mercy when it comes to lay offs, unless you know how to stay close to upper level employees), - Supposed to be innovative and trusting its employees but constant indirect pressure to work from the office, - No real structure but still in a "start-up" vibe; - Constant changes on operations, processes, company structure - Competition among employees - Some regions are really toxic

      A very supportive team, clear onboarding, helpful guidance, good communication, and a positive work environment.
