      Management are clueless and often get into their positions purely because they can communicate in the mother tongue or know someone at HQ. No true leaders within the company Leaders are looking to throw you under the bus Fly by the seat of your pants business plan

      Avantages

      Quality product well known in the market. Not hard to sell, good engineering team with good field support.

      Inconvénients

      Senior leadership in the states is poor. Old school work culture - in office everyday is mandatory. Expected to work after hours to accommodate Taiwan - almost everyday.
