Avantages
Overall, good environment to work - people are generally happy to work there (although many things can be improved) and there is a sense of camaraderie and "we are all in this together", at least the working teams Good place to learn basic consulting skills (problem solving, client management, team and time management, etc). Very solid consultants at all levels - i worked 2 years in McK before and i would say this area is at the same level if not better Very strong in telecoms and digital at a strategy level - being focused makes Delta really know the knots and bolts of these industries; work mainly in pure strategy, very little operations Quite meritocratic - this means that some people need to leave from time to time but i personally think this is a good thing in companies that are growing rapidly Welcoming culture - a good part of the company is "Latin", i.e. is Catalan/Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc but they are also welcoming to many other nationalities, so overall one feels truly as one team type of environment
Inconvénients
Long hours - work hard, play hard type of culture; not for the faint hearted; sometimes requires working on weekends, although only sporadically Extensive travel - the region hub type of model means you have to expect to be 3-4 days out of your home city per week
