Avantages
1. Delta redefined what Good Looks Likes to me. At Delta, I met some of the best consulting minds I have met in my career. Delta really pushes the thinking, more so than other companies. Delta take on some really challenging business projects. They are the best I have seen at data analytics.
2. Delta pay very well and are happy to pay large performance bonuses for those who deliver to a high bar. And, the bar is high.
Inconvénients
We all worked very hard. The work was very rewarding, but there was a lot to get done and quality expectations were high. Don't go there if you are looking to cruise in your career, it's not going to happen. They have roots in Middle East consulting, which is a region known for its long hours of work for management consultants. This is a feature, not a bug
