Avantages
Nothing good about this company. Actually not company but management. Rules are made and changed within 5 minutes. Management do not have clear idea about what they want from you. You will be get hired for some position and you will be working in some other position.
Inconvénients
Takes security cheque at the time of joining and will keep your one month salary and once you leave the company without completing one year they will start blackmailing you to give the check amount money. On the other hand they can kick you out of the company without giving any prior notice.
