      Working from home is always a plus.

      Inconvénients

      Chris R and the other MALE managers are sickening. It's like they compete with each other on who can use the most vulgar profanity on the team Zoom calls. It's not a slip of the tongue every now and then, it's the F Bomb and GD every other word! They hired a huge group of SDR's and then cut the commission plan in half the first day our group training started. So I had turned down two great jobs because I was basically lied to. Month after month they keep raising our quota so there was no way to make any money here.

      Being able to work remote & autonomy.

      Inconvénients

      Absolute lack of leadership from low level managers all the way to the top. The acquisition of Terminus was the nail in the coffin paired with the buy out from Great Hill Partners private equity. The internal team silos and inability to impact any type of change or cohesion is horrifically catastrophic. The first 6 months I worked here were nothing like the remaining years. The leadership turnover is speaks volumes. NO ONE likes working here, even the current employees.
