      Inconvénients

      Communication and planing when you know an employee is going to leave or be moved to different location. They won’t hire till that position is available even if they have months in advance notice. Putting the work load on the rest of the crew till the position is filled.

      Avantages

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Inconvénients

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
