      Avantages

      The company is broad. You can pretty easily find new roles within the company to suit your interests. The benefits are pretty good. They do make an effort to express that they value their employees.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of weird practices. Very reactionary. You will always receive raises and bonuses but the overall growth is very minimal. Leadership is mostly musical chairs. The same people just move around,

      Avantages

      Great pay, Good autonomy. Exciting technology. Lots of opportunity to improve and license to make changes, the Grand Rapids office has many great people who built Rapistan who are the best part of working there.

      Inconvénients

      Ruled by the quarterly results, little transparency in outcomes, little care for individuals, many instances of people being fired or promoted unfairly, lots of politics, constantly trying to look better than they are, No real values to speak of. Pray you have a good manager, they are unlikely to be held accountable
