Inconvénients
The upper level management(10+ years at this company) will take you for granted and fool you offering lower than industry standard paying jobs. They wont allow you to take a single leave during entire first year at the company. They have 3 or 2 years of bond depending on your experience and cut your salary in name of retention bonus you will get paid after your bond period expires. The working hours are not at all fixed, it can range from 9 hours to even 14 hours. And the worst part is you have to report next day at 9:30 AM. They do not have any standard format to do work, everything is done based on assumption. The managers show up at work around 12-1 PM and leave around 7-8 PM and lower level employees need to stay from 9 AM until your manager stays or even after that too. You wont get paid for the extra hours or days you have sat in office.
