I noticed that you mentioned Destify's "obsession" with its culture as a con. I understand that perceptions of company culture can vary, and I appreciate your honesty in expressing your viewpoint. At Destify, we view our dedication to nurturing a strong and positive culture as a fundamental strength, not a con. In fact, I think that our obsession with culture is what has led to your first "pro" which is: "The stringent hiring process ultimately brings in team members who are often very aligned on day one." This is also a fundamental EOS Foundation. And speaking of EOS, I'm super disappointed that you were "toss[ed] a book to read."
