      Avantages

      - The salary is fair and even higher than the one I used to get from other companies' I worked for. - Remote job, no micromanagement . - Good work atmosphere. - 30 business days of PTO, 5 Sick Leave days, Free English workshops. - Overall, it is a good and serious company, very structured in its processes and with a clear vision/direction. - There are growth opportunities both in the client and in dev.pro.

      Inconvénients

      I do not have any significant disadvantage to share.

      Avantages

      generally speaking it is a company that really feels like they care about their contractors and employees, but since its an oursourcing company it is very likely you are going to stop on a bad client.

      Inconvénients

      some projects it doesnt feel stable sometimes.
