Avantages
Very innovative, Great team work, Work from Home, Great salary, Only good performers on your team. I loved working here, I learnt a ton in a very short time period, I am the type of person that likes to be challenged and given aggressive goals. The culture here is that everyone succeeds as a team, evryone has the same clear cut expectations and there are regular checkins and reviews of the process what is working, is not, and they are very open to change and progress to improve. It is not always an easy job, but it keeps things exciting. Plus you can entirely work your own hours as long as you get you tasks done within the timeline. I often work for a few hours in the morning and take a break to do what I want in the afternoon and work the rest in the evening, or take half a day off and make it up on the weekend.
Inconvénients
some pressure, can be learning curve, high expectations. One of the things I love about this company is that I am on a team with a bunch of talented people who I can confidently pass a task to and know they will get it done. The downside of this for some people is that low performers don't last. You aren't expected to be perfect, but continuously not delivering and bad communication about why will not be accepted. If you are not a good performer or are a very slow learner, this company is probably not for you.
