      Avantages

      Great people in the trenches. Misery breeds camaraderie. Company reputation is strong in the industry and area.

      Inconvénients

      Very dedicated staff and field people lose their lives to insanely ridiculous deadlines, lack of support, and antiquated company structure. 7-figure deadline bonuses don't trickle to those who make it happen. Looking for a ladder to climb? Not here. Pay doesn't even touch the workload. Your family and your health will likely suffer. (suicide and mental breakdowns have happened)

      Avantages

      Great People, Great Workers, Great Atmosphere. There's a reason why most people that work for them don't ever leave. They have top-notch Superintendents working for them. They are most Sub-Contractors and their employees favorite GC in the bay for a reason. That's not my opinion by the way, That's a fact!!!!

      Inconvénients

      If you're not very confident in your abilities, you will get put on the chopping block when things get too slow.
