      Growing banks Opportunity for operations team and employees working in corporate office are taken care by employer well.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of growth opportunity for branch sales team. Unclear process and policy. Excel managed organisation not human managed organisation. Starting from AM till GAVP got no delegation and authority only Job role changes.

      Salary for middle management should be as per current market. Growth at collections level is slow
