      Work from anywhere within client timezone Relatively new technologies Salary locally competitive (but not enough for internationally by far)

      Inconvénients

      Timetracker system includes screenshots and mouse and keyboard activity: terrible way to control hours Terrible project management: tasks aren't clear and time estimation are unreal, they're made by non-tech people Professional development was never clear

      Avantages

      Great place to work, as long as you do your job you are good, great benefits, good clients.

      Inconvénients

      Use of time tracking tool (not a big deal, just a minor inconvinience)
