      Avantages

      - Working from home - Decent salary (to compensate for poor benefits)

      Inconvénients

      - Micromanagement - Over-inflated job titles - Lack of direction from leadership team - Functional leaders who cannot manage or lead - Leaders who just are not visible or available - Senior team members cannot do basic things such as live editing documents on Teams - everything is an attachment in an email so it's like being back in the early 2000s - No support for new members of the team and expected to just get on with it despite having no clear brief from the leadership
