flexible hours, they will hire anyone.

Inconvénients

(For context, I worked here for more years than I care to admit, so I speak from experience) Management is absolutely awful and incompetent. They treat the employees like dirt and expect their lives to revolve around their low paying job. Employees are guilted and threatened into working OT and not taking time off. The company runs like a revolving door which fosters incompetence in the majority of the workers. They don't care about employee retention, but expect blind submission and loyalty from the workers, while constantly reminding them how expendable they are. The overall environment is completely toxic and I personally felt like I had PTSD from my experience with my former manager.
