I will start by telling you that they will sell you by telling you that average person make $ 100 k i. the company. The commission is draw based and you don't get paid till the final pick up of jewelry, almost most of the sales are custom and it takes three weeks or more , so all your sales will get pushed to next month. It will take one month to understand and on top you have to do daily audits of the case and three counts. On top you will be lucky to make any commission

Avantages

This is a great place to lay the ground for industry knowledge and learn the jewelry business. Employee discount and autonomy, they will give youths tools to be successful and build a great client book without micro managing you. They trust you and are they to support closing.

Inconvénients

Crabs in the bucket team mentality. The draw salary brings out the worst amongst co-workers. Unclean and disorganized store. Dishonest selling story telling. Expect to work long hours!
