      Avantages

      There is good opportunity to communicate with top management especially for office staff. There is a bonus and increment system in place purely based on performance.

      Inconvénients

      Work load is extreme and mostly you have to work overtime (ofc without any benefits). There is rampant internal politics and management usually is biased towards someone better in position to make-up his case.

      Avantages

      No systems in place and minimum software tools to do your job, no formal training for your position regardless of the seniority of your position, no team work and there is an aggressive culture in the office, You are being counted how many times you're going to the toilet or for a smoking break, the report goes directly to the director, high chance of not getting your last salary and service benefits.
