Avantages
Free dig inn meals daily, free snacks/coffee, convenient office location close to transportation coffee shops/food etc, dogs in the office.
Inconvénients
While it seems like a cool, hip, friendly company and office- it is not. They overwork you, each person does the job of about 2-3 people and you will work long hours and have no life. You will also do jobs that you were literally not hired for. No one speaks to one another because the workload is insane - no social aspect. Very fast paced. They don’t care about training/coaching and truly expect you to learn everything on your own. They are very quick to fire you even after 3 months. Upper management lacks empathy, and can be condescending. Management also does not know how to manage people. They say they give us flexible FaceTime/ability to work remote but no one does. I have heard that multiple people at the company have had to seek therapy from working here as it’s a negative environment and extremely poor culture. Don’t let the free food and dogs in the office fool you!!!!!
