Very thing good you could write on a matchbook; everything wrong with the place would fill a book.

Inconvénients
The company seems to be cutting costs at employees' expense. Poor pay, minimal pay increases as cost of living continues to rise, poor leadership, no opportunities to grow and benefits have significantly decreased over the last couple years making it less appealing to stay long term.
