- Very Stressful and pushy - Chaotic management 1. Would cut working hours at any time if the weather is bad 2. Would change working hours and venues 2 hours before the start 3. Under 468 policy, only 2 working days are granted per week, or sometime not at all (2 weeks without work is possible) 4. Never stated clearly who to report, when to report and how to report before the start of the work 5. Blame the employee for not being “smart enough” when the problem is clearly in the employer for not getting everything done right in the first place when it is absolutely their responsibility for inspectation - Unfriendly co-workers 1. Impolite, old seafood exists -Inhuman, uncaring, inflexible. -No bonus nor any benefits whatsoever -No career opportunity
