      Inconvénients

      - Only 5 day long training - Deceitful about the job - During the ride along stage of the interview you're shown the "cool" fun stuff and not the reality - During the interview process a lot isn't explained

      -good vibe -reasonable management -good pay

      Inconvénients

      -strict standards of training and level of work produced -training was hands off while expecting work on par with people who had years of experience
