Avantages
Joining as a fresher provides good learning and exposure because of the heavy workload.
Inconvénients
The company has no concern for employee well-being; there is no support system or care for individual growth. Appraisals are completely unfair and biased, with no transparency in evaluation or recognition. Employees are burdened with an excessive workload and are often expected to put in extra hours without any additional pay. The management provides no proper timelines and constantly pushes business requirements without considering the technical risks. The system is extremely messy and unstable, as unrealistic deadlines lead to poor planning and quick fixes. When the system crashes, developers are forced to clean up the mess without acknowledgment or support. The management's attitude shows that they only care about client/business needs, ignoring the impact on employees or long-term system health. Work-life balance is nonexistent, making it a very bad company to work for in the long run.
