      Inconvénients

      1. Online Jobs. 2. Salaries are always late. 3. No Insurance or contracts. 4. No specific working hours so you can get paid less than you work. 5. The owner never pays unless there is revenue coming so you might 6. work but never get paid. 7. Hiring unqualified people to manage just because they are close friends to the owner.

      Avantages

      I very much enjoyed all of the hands on repairs and upgrades I was responsible for. The debugging of problems was also a welcome challenge too.

      Inconvénients

      My position was not full time and on call during my tenure there.

      Good work environment (back when I worked there).

      Inconvénients

      As we got sold to more and more corporatized entities, salaries and benefits suffered.
