      Avantages

      - Flexible work schedules - Fantastic team that is always willing to help - Upper management actually cares about all of their employees - Vastly growing company - Room for growth - Work from home - Learning from some of the smartest people in digital marketing - Great pay

      Inconvénients

      None really, if anything, just that we don't get to all see each other since we're WFH and everyone's so great! We have a yearly summit though, and everyone get to come together for a few days!

      Inconvénients

      Processes often change/evolve, often without input from the people who do the processes. This is mostly due to growing pains and not a huge issue. Minimal raises don't really keep up with inflation.

      They're flexible and communicative. I learned a lot as I started my career there.
