Avantages
None that I could genuinely mention based on my experience.
Inconvénients
Extremely high level of micromanagement and noticeable office politics across teams.
The company uses Time Doctor to track employee activity, and staff are expected to complete 8.5 active hours on the tool every day. Basic breaks such as lunch or bathroom breaks are not counted as working hours, which creates unnecessary stress and reflects a lack of trust in employees.
Management often appears insecure, and the HR department does not function as an independent support system for employees. Instead, it largely operates as an extension of management decisions.
The office infrastructure and working environment are far below what you would expect from a professional corporate setup.
Another major concern is that my Full & Final settlement was not released, and incorrect feedback was provided during my background verification, which is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s ethics.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly recommend candidates to evaluate their options carefully before joining.
