Avantages
One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility in terms of working hours. The company understands that everyone has different needs and schedules, and they allow for a good work-life balance. This is a great thing for employees who want to spend more time with their families or pursue other interests. Another aspect that stands out is the respect and consideration that is shown to all employees. The management team is approachable and always willing to listen to any concerns or ideas that employees may have. This makes for a positive and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued. Lastly, I have to mention the "YOLO days" – the company encourages taking a break from the daily grind and encourages the employees to take one day in a month to pursue something they are passionate about, whether that's taking a class, traveling or doing something else entirely. This is a unique and refreshing perk that sets the company apart from others.
Inconvénients
The main issues is the low salaries offered to employees. This is a concern for many of my colleagues and myself, Another downside is that the employees are spread out all over the world, which makes communication and collaboration more challenging. This can lead to delays and confusion when trying to get projects done. While there are some positives to working at ding, such as the diverse team and interesting projects, these downsides can make it a difficult place to work. I hope the company will consider addressing these issues in the future.
