      Avantages

      Flexible, casual work environment with a lot of cultural events. There are people literally from around the world so you get to learn interesting things. Very friendly coworkers. Can get a lot of good experience and can move around to interesting jobs.

      Inconvénients

      The benefits are mediocre to poor. Health insurance is super expensive and they don't contribute to 401k. Salaries are also low.

      *The school’s management is very supportive and values input from teachers when it comes to improving the curriculum or addressing challenges. *The school provides regular professional development workshops and training to keep us updated on the latest teaching methods.
