Avantages
Fantastic and very involved corporate team. No commission so the work environment feels very collaborative.
Inconvénients
Benefits could be better. Employee discount does not include decor. Sales point system is very outdated. Not much staff per boutique so it’s hard to take vacation time and to call in sick.
