Avantages
Relatively flexible in terms of telecommuting, coworkers are generally pleasant, good benefits from being part of the larger Burson-Marsteller/WPP world.
Inconvénients
Despite marketing itself as a small firm, DI is still part of the giant Burson/WPP bureaucracy and functions as such. The work is strictly managing field teams, which means you're tied to a desk and conference calls all day and not much creativity involved if you're interested in other facets of public affairs/public relations. The annual review process is confusing and managers are generally indifferent to their direct reports' success. Focus is on hitting revenue goals instead of client service.
