you are way over monitored. over monitoring provides bad results and low moral especially when they send you fake calls to intentionally harass you you sit for hours and when you ask for a 5 minute break or to just run to the bathroom they deny you. they treat you like a child and it does not matter how hard you try. they give bonuses to the same people all the time. qa is a joke and they constantly mess up your scores from being monitored wrongly then they expect you to sit for hours without pay to fix them yet they expect perfection out of you. they only promote their own friends and I seen it happen more than once.
