      Avantages

      Wfh, they provide a laptop at least

      Inconvénients

      no onboarding, no training or support, high turnover,schedule isn't really flexible you're there 9-5 you can't ask questions not of developers or anyone your on your own and if you don't know the answer its not because you weren't trained that's the problem its because you did or didn't do something terrible environment system has tons of problems, that's why customers leave as fast as there signed

      Avantages

      It's difficult to find a place where, even though remote by force due to Covid, there is still a strong sense of team where everybody strives toward common success. Dispatch Science provides that.

      Inconvénients

      Remote work is not much fun for sociable people.
