Avantages
I loved the people that I worked with in the warehouse, but if there was a warehouse meeting, we would be told about only the negative things that took place. We never had a meeting about anything good, or was praised for doing a good job.
Inconvénients
Paltry raises. Started in 2010 at $9.50, after a ten year period my pay rate was 10.36. Upper management got raises each year and did well. Working class was not well compensated. Was let go after three no show, no calls in a 10 year period, while there were others there that did not show up more times than that over that period of time and continued to be employed there. They promote on within their own little circle. Will call close associates in and hire them in a position higher than employees that have been there for years.
