      Avantages

      - The whole team works and lives like a family - Fast paced work environment - Very informal atmosphere - Interesting work - Flat hierarchy - Everybody's ideas get listened to, and if convincing, acted upon as well - You own what you build. You're responsible for your stuff. Nobody is going to dictate you.

      - Not for people who want to be dictated at every step
