      - Terrible decision making skills of the top management. - Not even one project handled well in the past 6 months. - Salaries delayed by 2-3 months. - "Top Management" are overpaid HR veterans - Never worked with a tech team in the past. 0 Knowledge on how code works. - Thought process of the "top management": making changes to the product = Installing a google chrome extension. - They are only working towards getting acquired.
