      Des gens sympas, une bonne sécurité d'emploi

      Inconvénients

      Les rémunérations et avantages sociaux sont bien inférieurs au marché, même parmi les concurrents de taille moyenne. Les managers et les dirigeants évitent les conversations difficiles, ce qui conduit à un certain degré de complaisance et d'incompétence. C'est très démodé.

      Avantages

      Decent balance, great colleagues, and nice office.

      Inconvénients

      Flexibility kept getting taken away slowly, lots of blanket punishments instead of punishing those who deserved it, causing low morale. Lower pay, choose your own benefits but they weren’t great, and were expensive.
