Avantages
The aetna POS plan is good but of course they are making us start paying this year. Hybrid work I guess.
Inconvénients
The new CEO looks like a little kid that wandered into a slaughterhouse. Even upper management that should be falling in line is raising eyebrows. I don't think he has any idea how severe he is impacting the company or how bad the events he is putting into motion will turn out to be. The new head of HR is a liar. Zero transparency, Zero accountability from C level, genuine hostility towards workers, no raises in two years. They are smiling and nodding while they are carving chunks of flesh out of us and telling us it isn't happening. The previous CEO built an exceptional culture, you can agree with his decisions or not but he cared about the employees and the company a lot. He was forced out and is suing the company while they lie to us about that too. The benefits are getting worse, but they are saying they are "enhanced" - they cut our company time off next year and telling us its because covid is over and a week later saying its because we are "hoarding" PTO. At least pick a lie and stick to it. No raises.
