The place has gone massively downhill since the new leadership team took over, there is no consideration for the amount of work thrown at the employees. The leadership pays lip service to employee wellbeing and empowerment, but the internal processes and the consideration for your time is shambolic. Customer-centric innovation in the product is non existent, apparently due to massive investments elsewhere. VP’s of various levels are invisible, posting on LinkedIn about meeting peers all over and we at lower levels see no effects or any initiatives.
