      - Competitive Pay - Solid Benefits - Some really good people

      - Micromanagement - Expectation to scale very quickly while under constant micromanagement - CEO is involved in the smallest of details - They like to pretend to be inclusive and diverse, but it's not really there at the executive level and it certainly is not there at the management level. - They do not value empathy in leaders

      Avantages

      Domino is a gem. Some of the best and smartest people I've ever worked with. Positive culture - collaborative, transparent, authentic. Lots of people doing good work. Many blue chip longstanding customers who love the product.

      The market has matured and is competitive.
